3.     Complaint handling: A ticket number is to be provided for each complaint lodged by a customer, through which the consumer can track their complaint status.

4.     Grievance redressal mechanism (version attached as adopted from Wakefit website). This can be linked from the Terms of Service Page, as is being done for the Wakefit website.

5.     Return, refund, exchange information: Exact terms are a business call, but to be clearly communicated to customers. Please ensure the terms are consistent and clear across all the pages where they may be displayed.

6.     Available modes of payment, security of those payment methods, any fees or charges payable by users (Delivery and shipment, cost of return shipping etc.), chargeback options if any, and contact information of the relevant payment service provider[A"1] .
